▶ How do I submit PSA slabs?
Go to Submit, select Pokemon PSA Slabs or NBA PSA Slabs, and enter your PSA cert numbers one per line. Our system will automatically price your cards using recent CardLadder sales data.
▶ How do I submit raw Pokémon cards?
You need Collectr Pro. Add your cards to a portfolio in the Collectr app, then export the portfolio as a CSV. Upload that CSV file in the Pokemon Raw Cards submission form.
▶ Can I submit multiple types at once?
Yes — on Step 1, select all the types you are sending. Each type will have its own section in Step 2 where you enter the details separately.
▶ When will I get paid?
Consignment (90%+ rates): Payouts typically take 1–3 business days. Cards are sold through our network first, then payout comes to you.
• Slabs: 90% across the board
• Singles ($5-$24, $51-$100): 90%
• Singles ($25-$50): 91%
Weekly payout schedule:
• Mon/Tue: Package arrives
• Tue/Wed: Cards shipped to buyer
• Thu/Fri: Payout sent to you
If your package arrives later in the week, payout rolls to the following week.
Don't want to wait? Standard buyout rates are always available — roughly 85–87% on Pokémon and 93%+ on NBA PSA. Same-day payout once cards are received and verified.
▶ Do not ship until approved?
Correct. After submitting, wait for us to review and approve your submission. We will reach out on Discord once approved and confirm the shipping details. Do not send cards until then.
▶ What condition do cards need to be in?
Raw singles must be Near Mint condition (approximately PSA 7+ quality). Surface and edges must be clean. Cards not meeting this standard may be returned at your expense.
▶ How do I pack my cards for shipping?
PSA Slabs: Do not sleeve. Stack tightly with rubber bands or team bags, in slab boxes with bubble wrap inside the shipping box. Slabs must be packed in the same order as your cert numbers were submitted. If they arrive out of order, payment may be delayed or rejected.
Singles: Penny sleeves only, inside ETB boxes or similar containers. Every card must be in its own penny sleeve. Cards not properly sleeved will cause delays.
Packing slip: Must include your name, Discord username, phone number, amount owed, and preferred payment method. No packing slip = delayed payment.
Shipping and insurance are your responsibility.

Submitted — We received your submission and are reviewing it. Reviewed — Your cards have arrived and we are processing them. Payout Sent — Payment has been sent to you. Rejected — Your submission was not accepted (reason will be shown).
▶ What NBA cards can I not send?
No unlicensed cards. No Trae Young, Jaren Jackson Jr., Karl Malone, Ja Morant, or Zion Williamson cards over $200. No shilled or problematic players.
